How to keep the negativity out of my life?

When you start to feel yourself doubting yourself, turn that doubt into STRENGTH. Keep reminding yourself that you are GREAT. Keep away from neagtive people, try to distance yourself as much as possible. If the people you hang around and care for are negative, of course you can still love them from a distance. Space is necessary to get yourself together sometimes.

How can I cope with loneliness?

Well first you must realize that loneliness is a feeling and not a fact. Think about all the friends and people you have around you that enjoys your company the same way you enjoy theirs. Practice new habits to take your mind away from all those depressing thoughts! STAY PRODUCTIVE!

How can I overcome fear?

First acknowledge that fear isn't real. Fear is just a product of thoughts that we create. Ever heard the saying "you are what you think?" It applies to your thought process as well. You create your fears/phobias. Keep telling yourself you can CONQUER ANYTHING. YOU ARE BIGGER THAN ANY FEAR THAT YOU BELIEVE YOU HAVE.
