A Message from Mr.Tee Williams, Big things to be expected! WOMEN anyone??

" The biggest problem in literature, in the world really, is that there's a lack of authenticity. People are speaking of things they've never experienced or witnessed. They've never been through it, so there's no vulnerability. Growth and Development is different because you it's personal, you can feel this. I've never been this open before. I'm touching places of my heart that I may never touch again.

Many books can inform you, but I believe mine will transform you. The best currency you could ever offer a person is inspiration. This book is part inspiration and part information. Growth and Development can be used in many different ways. By reading the book straight through, you can learn about life in general. Although some of the points may not seem to pertain to your life, in time you'll probably find that all of them have some application, and that in fact they are interrelated. By getting an overview of the entire subject you will best be able to evaluate your own past actions and gain a greater degree of control and understanding over your immediate & future affairs. A thorough reading of the book will inspire thinking and reevaluation long after you finish it.

I designed the cover like this because this is, first & foremost, for black women. This is my gift to you all. I have an affinity for you. I'm infatuated with you. We don't deserve you. No one's as nurturing as you are. No one's as selfless as you are. No one's as beautiful as you are. No one cooks like you. No one's as smart as you are. No one talks like you. No one walks like you. No one has curves like you. No one smiles like you. No one's as sexy and no one's as gangsta. You run the world. I know women that are realer than men. I don't have any big homies. My father wasn't present. My uncles were in & out of prison. I don't have a big brother or any big cousins. I got the game from my mother. I got game from my aunt. I can talk to my grandmother about anything. Therefore, I didn't have to leave the house to find out about anything and I'm eternally grateful for that. I'm forever indebted to them for that. Therefore, I'm forever indebted to black women because this is where I got the game from. This is where I got my morals from. Everything about me comes from them. Everything about the world comes from them. They're the originators. Its cool for others to see them and become influenced. That's fine. There's nothing wrong with that. However, you must pay homage & salute when you see them because they are the greatest. Bar none. You can have the foreign one, I want mine flawless & brown every time."
