Smoothie of the day: Peachy Oat

The prep for this delicious smoothie is a little different than the others. Instead of a blend-and-go smoothie, it’s best to let the chia seeds soak overnight in the fridge, then give it a whirl the next day.Ingredients: 1 peach, 2 cups spinach, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 1/2 frozen banana, 1/2 orange, 1/4 cup plain yogurt, 1 date (optional).
